I literally entered and re-entered various codes and none worked. It says it will change the code but no. I had to click off the forum and click on again.
I get that this site got SPAMMED big time. A regular SPAM prevention could be installed like other sites have that is not so hardcore.

You say you are taking a medication called Pristiq. Have you actually read the warnings/side effects? One says if you see things that are not there. Also anxiety, etc.
So why are you taking a medication? You were prescribed it but if you are eating a raw vegan diet, do you really think you can properly detox if you are taking a medication?
In any case, obviously I am not suggesting you tr

I have very thick, long and coarse hair. It's gotten wavier as I have gotten older but I stopped using conditioner when I started buying natural shampoo. The natural conditioners really don't do much in the way of de-tangling the hair.
So I have gotten into the habit of using a bandana to keep the hair away from my face. I then use an elastic band to hold the hair in a ponytail. This has been

Okay...so do you believe in a Big Bang which dropped pineapples and kiwis from the sky? Interesting randomness. In any case, I have never found pineapples to be like glass and kiwis don't bother me one bit, even when I eat the skins. What you feel about these things is not univer

I cycle and I walk. I don't jog. I don't go to a gym. I am wondering about gentle yet effective exercises I can do. Yes, Hatha yoga will be one of them. But I am looking for good toning activities that are not too strenuous and will help me ease into more intensity. Thanks.

I was just reading Norman Walker rave about spinach juice. NOT cooked spinach but raw juice! Personally I would take juices like celery, cuke and greens combined with other juices but why would your doctor know about the properties of spinach juice? I never have understood why people go to the trouble of eating an alternative diet and then take everything a mainstream doctor says as the gospel tr

I don't buy that stuff about the soil. B-12 is needed in very small amounts. From what I understand, it is produced in the gut so one's gut needs to be on point. I have also heard that fermented veggies can help with all this. I don't want to wear a patch or pop a pill. That seems unnatural to me.

For the record, I have been vegan in the past and was successful. It wasn't difficult at all (except for the honey part--when I do it again I will be a BEEgan ).
What bugs me is when people talk about being a vegan and then discuss supplementation with B-12 or other things (D is another big one). If the diet is adequate, it shouldn't need supplementation! Animals don't take supplements.
