you ronly next in line if you eat the same way he did. All heart trouble or problems are directly related to calcifcation and a magnesium deficiency. Cacao or raw chocolate is the highest source of magnesium know to man, get off your depressed band wagon gets some cacao in , get the greens in, you fail to cravings because you need minerals, get the minerals in and the cravings will vanish!

Kale is good but bee pollen has more protein as hemp does to then kale. Bananas are a food that will put a person into a hypglycemia, they are picked green so you must find organic, and different type of banana that fully ripen if you are going to use banana in your smoothies, as I use berries myself, more minerals. Kale is a good choice though, I like endive too.

calories!? Fats? Your almost on 100%raw, just eat 100% raw and you'll lose the weight quick, your body will give you or take from you the weight that is ideal. Hi tea937! It is a good choice to go raw, trying to resist eating certain foods you know will end up in failure. From my experience in being 100% raw living foodist, ideally once you get to 100% raw, and you build up the minerals in your body, your cravings for those foods will diminish.
