Oops, I thought it was just fermented and I love umeboshi so still have been eating it. I guess I haven't been 100% raw after all Anyhow, if you're still interested in using it...I was a macrobiotic for 11 years before switching to raw and I always used it in guacamole, nori rolls, on top of rice, or just took a spoonful whenever I felt like I ate too much sweet stuff. I hope this helps...

Hi, I'm new here and to RAW (4.5 months). Thank you for sharing the website, Rzman. I assume you mean: I was not aware that we can go to the site and sign/file a petition. I'm going to do that right now. It's outrageous what they do to food before it's available to the consumer

Hi Bryan, Thanks for sharing your story! I'm pretty new to raw (4.5 months) but I love it and I always promoted a healthier diet/lifestyle (I was a vegan macrobiotic for 11 years before starting RAW). Otherwise if you're wondering about the storing of already prepared juices/smoothies I don't recommend doing that. T

Hi LilaLee, I don't know the answer to that but I wouldn't trust any of the sources. I think it's best to get all vitamins and minerals from food. I'm not sure of your reason for looking for a supplement but you must have one : ) I make sure to eat plenty of nuts and seeds, which are very good sources of B3 and so are some spices! Good luck!

Hi, I'm a newbie...just joined. I switched to raw four months ago and I love it! What worries me the most is how to get the benefits of a green smoothie and whether it still tastes good after hours of sitting around in a bottle. Now I have the luxury to have my green smoothie at home every morning but what if I want to make a huge batch and take it to work? Currently, this is my breakfast smoo
