If there was evidence that couldn't be questioned there wouldn't be anymore science on that subject so the bottom line must be that people in reality don't know - or we interpret the information wrong.

1. I would lose weight. (believe it or not I don't want to lose any) Can you really know that? With the right combination that is best for YOU, your weight should be stabilized at optimum. 2. Fruit is expensive and you have to eat like a laundry basket full a day. Yes. Here in Sweden the price in our local store is not 3.45 for 12-15 bananas. The lowest I've seen is 3,45 for 7 organi

Not eating predominantly fruits does not necessarily mean you eat high fat or cooked. You can eat sprouted grains.

yep. The hardest way always seems to be the truth. That's why so many people just don't bother going in for it. 80/10/10 looks hard and so does veganism and vegetarianism for some but in the end I think people will be thankful they can't abuse foods for pleasure anymore.

That depends on your interpretation of health, right? I believe that when the species human is in a completely harmonic state (e.g. Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie and all other great spiritual leaders) and eating the optimal diet (they might be spiritually ready for breatarianism) and living in the optimal environment (totally clean preferably in the jungle were there is a lot of oxygen and natur

Not strangers....there's too many differences of opinion based on different peoples needs to get an unbiased answer, some people will be pro fruits and tell you that fruits are great and some people wil be anti fruit and tell you fruits are bad, so be mindfull of thequestions y

I'm at the point in my life were I feel I will never ever sprout grains again. That is not on the map anymore of potential foods to eat if I can choose. Rye burns in my mouth, quinoa gives me nausea. And by the way, they are tasteless and God/universe wouldn't give me something like that as optimal nutrition. No, I'd rather eat cooked rice or pasta and then include more and more fruits gradually.

Yes, greenie. The water in the air is mixed with the gas Sulphur dioxid (SO2). SO2 is what causes acidification in forests and lakes.

Very interesting, tropical. I'll be checking out "Fit for life". SAD people can be B12 deficient because B12 has harder to survive in an acidic environment.

I vary between 10-20% mostly. From FoodnSport.com: "Avocados, nuts and seeds are extremely high in fat content. When it comes to fat, it doesn?t matter so much its origin; fat is fat. Fat goes from the lymph system directly into the blood. Too much fat will thicken the blood, causing the red blood cells to clump together so they cannot deliver oxygen to the cells. Excess fat also block

Hi, it's Brand new heart again. I still can't post in my name. Have I been banned? If so, I appriciate if someone tells me why so that I can learn how to not do that thing again. Would you like to let me know so that I can change? However, here's my answer to the topic: One of the commonest mistakes and a reason many quits raw foods is that their diet contains too much fat. Hello! It's Brand new heart. Something's wrong with my account - I can't post in my original name. What has happened? However, here's my answer: It depends on the food. The harder it is for the system to digest it, the longer it will take. Meat, if I remember correctly, can take anywhere from 36-72 hours. When I read what Bryan said about spices and that the body tries to get rid of the
