Cousens, Gabriel: Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine
Campbell, T. Colin: The China Study (not raw-specific, but vegan-specific and highly relevant, full of facts to keep you motivated)
Graham, Douglas: 80-10-10
These three books are all recent, and they all offer a different take on the raw vegan diet. The citations are good, and hopefully will give you some food for thought.

The nausea could be caused by any of the ingredients you used, or the combination. Every body is different, and since you are new to a high raw food diet, it could be that your body just was not ready to process that much green food.
Also, if you had been eating a high fat diet in the previous 3 or 4 days, the fat in your bloodstream could have caused the sugar to stay in your bloodstream long

I wouldn't use a plastic colander if I didn't have to, because many plastics leach BPA, a known carcinogen. It's easy to clean, but so is bamboo. If you don't have an Asian grocery in your town, you can buy bamboo products online at lots of different stores. Here is a link to my search at amazon.com.

Sprouted buckwheat
peeled, chunked winter squash
high quality salt, to taste (start with 1 t. or less - more can

1) thai coconut curry sauce - tasty but rich
2) marinara - iffy
3) pesto - no go
4) chili/lime/agave pad thai style - ok
The smell of the noodles, even when soaked/rinsed very, very well seems strong to me. But I feel that way about most sea veggies. A little bit is all my body wants most of the time. I think that vegetable

Drink water warm or at room temperature.
Kombucha with ginger is very warming.
Try to plan ahead for the next day, and set out the fruit and veg you'll be eating on the counter so that it is room temp when you want it.
Exercise helps.
Cuddling up to someone warm helps.
Laying in the sun feels great. If you are able to adjust your blinds so the sun comes into the window and warms y
