I never understood the magazines-in-the-bathroom thing. It's spooky to think anybody would need to sit on a toilet that long. Ick. ;-) RB

Cora, after suffering through rumbling stomach syndrome every day at the dumbbells, I've learned to bring along my raw hemp protein powder smoothie and sip it in between sets. It keeps me fired up, fueled up, and ends the post-lifting nap attacks. Here's what goes in it, typically: Water Fresh-Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil, While Kernel Unrefined Chlorella Kyo-Green powder Flaxseed Spro

Whatever I want! That's what so great about this lifestyle: 100% satisfaction, zero guilt. Right now, I'm munching on a large plate of fancy hors d'oeuvres. Slices of cucumber from my garden smeared with some garlic cashew cheese and topped with half a cherry tomato. Nom, nom, nom. RB

Raw feels like it has more energy, more complete nutrients, and it costs less. When I'm raw I have zero health complaints and so much energy, I'm a nuclear reactor. Also, my friends are all in awe of me, thinking I'm undertaking some Herculean task of sacrifice by eating this way. If only they knew how much easier it was. RB

I gain strength and put on muscle very fast so my biggest challenge is actually remembering to take a week off here and there to let the rest of me catch up. I usually have to up my weights after the rest period. I'm with you on the doing moves that mimic or

As a bodybuilder, I'm not a fan of "the look" (imagine that!) so I maintain a good amount of solid bulk simply by upping calorie and protein dense foods a few hours before I'm going to use them. I eat for the next four hours: whatever I plan to do with my body, I fill up my tank for that. As a result, I'm an upbeat spaz all day long and regularly get accused of being ten years younger t

Anybody else out there who loves the weight room? I've been lifting for 22 years and have been floatin' on a cloud since day one. The human body is so freakin' beautiful, it just takes my breath away. People in the gym always ask me why I'm grinning all the time--I wish they could all feel the rush that I do. I can't get enough. rawsomebodybuilder
