Are they basically the same? (vitamins, calories...) and i want to know how much time you guys sprout it...? i sprout them for like 2-3 days, but its hard to tell if they are sprouted enough, because of that annoying little tail it has even when unsprouted...

i agree with aragula and Lillianswan B12 is a bacteria... I dont wash my organic vegatables (like carrots, they always have a little bit of soil on them) and i dont know if my levels are ok, but i think they are

Eat more dry fruits (dates, figs...) Unsprouted raw nuts avocados flax seeds... make some dessert!! hahah theres some good recipes on www.goneraw.com

la_veronique well its supposed to be THE MOST stable of all oil, it really does not go rancid easily, anyway the smell is supposed to change when it goes bad... But of course, like any oil, its not suggested to keep more than a year...

gees...that happened to me last week... but i didnt know what the hell was happening... It was around 9 pm and i had forgotten to take my daily tabblespoons of coconut oil...so i took 3 or 4... I felt like @#$%& for 2-3 hours, and emptied myself till nothing was left!! I shall never do that again

Fermented foods are considered raw, but they contain bacteria... Is that the same thing as yeast? or is it totally different? Is nutritionnal yeast considered raw? Arnt we supposed to avoid yeast??

there seem to be alot of different opinions about when to eat, when to stop, drinking water or not... I have a living food book, the author recommands not to eat breakfast, to start eating at 12 pm , and then at least 5 hours later, have a light super... She also recommands to avoid drinking, since a raw diet should provide all the water the body needs.... I dont think i could ever agree wi

if you suffer from hypothyroid condition, you could maybe add seaweed to your diet, it fastins the metabolism, cause it gives the iodine your thyroid needs... And along with the others, i would cut on fat... I think avocados have something like 250 calories! thats alot for a fruit... Macadamias are the most high in fat...Perhaps you could replace that with sprouted almonds? They are not as

Well, these are supposed to be the benefits when adding coconut oil to the diet, but they ALWAYS say that 3.5 tablespoons daily are necessary to achieve that... Wich i think is alot...thats why im asking if it is possible to get all the benefits, with perhaps a bit less per day - weight loss - getting rid of yeast/candida - clearing up the skin - adjusting cholesterol levels (to normal) -

I stopped taking the oil.. I dont want to reabsorb what i rejected... I'm kinda annoyed for the metabolism thing... I dont want to slow it down gees...AHH!! I'm going nuts
