I'm always hungry...i saw that a healthfood store nearby had some "hoodia" caplets, to control hunger... Its actually for weight lost, since its supposed to control the appetite... But since im on a mostly raw diet, im always soooo hungry...
I wanted to know if anyone tried it, if it works, if its dangerous??
*i took licorice root for awhile, and as a result i had a potassium loss

ive heard that... but im not really scared though, i think i have more chances of being contaminated if i eat meat or just a simple prepared meal full of sh...
But i do add about a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar when i soak them...just in case

oh, i forgot... wheatgrass is not sprouts, but considered to be a high anti-cancer food
its very easy to grow too, you only need a wheatgrass juicer, and there you have anti-cancer bomb!

Well if it has to be as low as possible in protein, dont choose quinoa! its supposed to be the most proteined grain of all!

thanks for the answer! i think i will go for the freahlife sprouter... Ive been looking to the Easygreen sprouter too though...But that fact that you have to plug it to the tap bothers me a bit... You say you dont plug it?

I've always been using jars, but now its getting pretty difficult... My life is very busy, sometimes im at home only at morning and i come back really late...So sometimes (almost all the time now) i lose my sprouts, cause i did not rince them or i forgot them while they were soaking....
so heres my question... I'm seriously thinking of buying the "Freshlife" sprouter... It provides
