i agree. i'd put some more effort into getting off the meal plan. when i transferred to a new school i was required to live in a dorm and be on the meal plan since it was my first year at this particular school. i spoke with the housing coordinator and told her i was vegan and wouldn't be able to eat anything that they provided. She made an exception and i ended up living in an on campus

yohimbe and horny goat weed are supposed to raise testosterone levels. tribulus terrestris is supposed to raise your levels of luteinizing hormone which would raise testosterone levels.

i was wondering if you could post an example of a typical day's food intake for yourself. i believe i remember reading a post where you said that you don't eat that much in a day...i'm just curious to see how little you consume while still packing on muscle. thanks.

i'm starting to think that i have to agree with funky rob. outside of the fruitarian one, i have yet to see any raw foodist that has a physique that i find impressive. that's not to say that built raw foodist don't exist, i just haven't been exposed to them. the main problem that i've had in the past is being able to eat enough raw calories without overloading on fat and/or bananas. i can

yeah, it's soy vegano/soy vegana. i don't recall eating in any non-veg. restaurants in barcelona (except for maoz), but i don't think the general public's understanding of the word will be that great. and if you're in a pinch you can find some vegan items in el cortes inglés.

i couldn't get out of bed. but outside of that, i'm really suprised at how not big of a deal not eating is on the master cleanse.

thanks for the replies. i don't know why i was being such a pansy in reguards to doing any physical exercise. i probably rode about 30 miles and was fine for most of it except for the last 5 or so miles . and i'm blaming the tiredness during the last 5 miles on the heavy load (i had about 20 - 30 lbs of books, water, and locks in my messenger bag for the latter half of the ride) or my tryi

for anyone that has done the master cleanse....did you stay active while on the cleanse (working out, running, etc.)? i'm currently on day six and have been taking it easy, but i'm thinking of going for a bike ride which would end up being about a 20 mile ride. i'm a little bit concerned about losing more weight than i have to while on the cleanse, as well as bonking during the ride and plant

gyrogirl, are you going for the full three months? i was just wondering if it's really necessary to be on it for so long if you've been eating a vegan diet based on raw foods for a while. thanks.

i would highly suggest checking out ross enamait at and . i have his 'infinite intensity' which is geared more towards the combat sports. the book is split between weights, bodyweight exercises, and isometrics, with the goal of increasing strength, as well as conditioning. he has a new book out, 'never gymless', which as i understand it, is completely based on bodyweight exercises. based o

i see that it is recommended to do the master clease for a minimum of 10 days. has anyone done it for less? i'm considering doing it, but i'm worried about losing weight with not eating for 10 days or more. how much weight have people lost on it?

there is nothing wrong with making money. the problem lies in the fact that the man charges astronomical rates for information one could find for free on the internet. from his primate strength, to his jedi mind tricks, to his kung fu bedroom master nonsense, the man comes off as a snake oil salesman. just take a look at his marketing page where he shows off his sweet hummer and fancy chi

according to a less than stellar review of furey's 'Combat Conditioning' in Submission Fighting UK: " Curiously enough, Furey uses the photograph of himself posing in front of the waterfall to promote his book. He looks in great shape - but the photo was taken when he was still an avid weight trainer, long before he'd met Karl Gotch and been inspired to write Combat Conditioning. On the a

does anyone else have trouble finding a variety of organic produce? i feel like i eat the same few things every single day. it seems like the only items i can find on a regular basis are bananas, apples, kiwi, celery, and a variety of greens (in addition to citrus, but i don't eat citrus). for some reason i find it really, really hard to eat raw produce that isn't organic (but when i eat

thanks for posting that link here. i used to read a similar board (more geared towards fighting that body building though) and i was always amazed at how anti-vegan most of the people were. i'm pretty suprised at how mild the responses to your post were.
