sweetie-take care of you. that is it for sure. hey i understand. so what starfruit...u ate cooked vegan. it is ok. some of the raw i feel is not really good for u.the high fat pies and the crust and so much nuts in all the recipes is not good unless eaten in very small amounts. it is like concentrated high fat,calories and such.we live in a nation of food it is everywhere.the vegan stuff u ate ma

thanks so much gals.well-i got me a dress for my b.d.i got a peach color with white polka dots.the dresses now seem a bit hippy-ish and a bit retro.so weird.i guess fashions do come back.but the dress is cute. i got an xl and it was way too big and took it back.but when i wanted to buyit the girl said "there is plain colors"-as they were right by the polka dot ones-it is like i saw that

dear alicehubby-good for you!! how wonderful.a good paying job.i always would work nite shift when i worked. it sure messes up your whole being though.u don't know if ushould eat breakfast and then u wake up after a few hours and think-well it is lunch time.not to mention-the sleep issuses i still sleep a couple of hours and get up and rummage thru the house all nite.agh.day shift is pretty good

hi dearest gals!! well-i love the feeling of raw for sure.the first day of the cabbage diet went very good. i made a healthy soup-i did not have cabbage but lots of kale and i put in broccoli and maters and onions and carrots and cumin and garlic and it was so good and i ate like 3 bowls.it was a fruit day-so i ate fruit(raw)all day.it was in the 30's last nite.so it felt so good to have the soup

my daughter has low blood pressure and is always tired.she-when stressed has normal but when not it is normally like 90/75.when sick hers is like 74/55.i always wonder if this is why she is always exhausted. once when she went to the hospital cause she was sick and had this really low bp...the nurse asked her if she was ok.she is just use to this,i guess.

oh onesource-i love pop corn too. i have an air popper and make it. i love it so. i put yeast on it and some garlic powder. it is so good.i feel it is probably not as bad in cals and fat as some stuff when a person is on a weight loss diet.sometimes i eat carrots instead.your food looks so good.thanks for sharing the pictures. hugs taylor

well-i have been trying to figure a routine.i need to look up the cals in beet juice,carrot and apple juice compared to slimfast.alot of days i run out of here and i do not have time to juice.i grab slimfast and drink it going down the road.then at my daughters all day-i eat fruit she has there or i throw apples in my bag to take.then home and have a salad or soup...sometimes popcorn(air-popped).
