I have had finger blood vessel popping for years. Been to a number of doctors who all told me it is benign. I have found a group on the web with similar symptoms of finger blood vessels bursting. We seem to have nothing else in common other then finger blood vessels bursting spontaneously. It is not an aneurysm.
