help her make a list of all raw fruits and veggies she can eat (rather not on the doctors list) categorize them, ie breakfast, lunch, snack, drink, etc a mono, duo or tri meal would be good and offer more variety. then only stock those things in the kitchen for the week/month hint: i do a lot of chopping on the weekends so there is less prepping necessary during the beginning of the week

When I was younger, the second of five, dinner was meat potatoes, salad (ie letuce and tomato) and bread. Everyone was in charge of eating thier fill and eating a variety. my mom tried new dishes often, new flavors and textures, but always meat, potatoes, salad and bread. I am busy right now so raw breakfast must be easy. i will eat three of five oranges, a pint of strawberries or blueberries, or two apples and a pear or 1/2 a bag of grapes I eat only fruit, vegitables and herbs the combos are on the weekends when I permit something i would do lots of delicious fruits with lots of orange or coconut mylk or h20 as a drink or sauce or juice for my cereal

If you are worries baout protien intake, please change that worry into enjoyment of eatting the most healthy, supportive and assimilable protiens available!! Raw Veggetables!!!! nuts and seeds are loaded with protiens so are sprouts so until you feel comfortable trusting the veggie protien power, add more of them to your meals I haven't figured out about weight gain however.

the cheese/mustard receipt i use would work great with a little tweeking 3 cups corn 4 Tbl ground flax 1/2 fresh herb (I use parsely, but try basil) 2 cloves garlic 1 inch or so ginger add jalepenoes for a kick:} enough juice to move the ingredients (for cheese I use orange, but try water or even coconut water) blend it up!! and dehydrate 95-100 degrees F in rounds or flats, flip aft

when new to raw fooding don't worry about the dehydrating as much. Keep playing with amounts, taste testing all the way. chese/mustard sauce: 1 cp corn, 1 tblspoon ground flax, 1/4 cp parsley, one clove garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, (jalepeno or a dash of clove are nice) and enough orange juice to get it going. blender baby. and dehydrate 2-6 hours. also try dipping avocado slices in t
