Recipes create dependency. They rely on salts and pepper. They make you eat more than you need. You do not regain the natural taste. Garlic cannot be eaten mono. Therefore ... Case closed.

You got a point about lemon. I love lemons. But garlic will continue to hurt in the stomach not just the strong flavor in the mouth.

" there are sources that claim it's toxic, but there's never any scientific evidence" Here is the scientific evidence: Try to chew it by itself as you would chew an apple and you will know it is toxic. A little child can perform that scientific experiment.

But there is the possibility of someone being banned by all. It will be pretty depressing. Nobody wants me in their world. I want to die. A bit of contradiction and non sense is healthy.

Things are getting worse in India.... Quote India is, therefore, a very sweet nation — a nation that consumes sugar and oil in large quantities. No wonder we are the ‘diabetic capital’ of the world, with some 36 million diabetics of a total count of 145 million worldwide. We must be inching towards the status of ‘cholesterol capital’ of the world as well. --- s India the delight of

Interesting... It is not enough "to wear the absolutely positively religiously strict 100% raw medal". The raw food has to be mono eatable and high water content. So salt for miso would not qualify. The same for stevia. No half way measure here, when there a chance to be perfect why not try?

I was listing to npr radio recently on the destructive aspect of humans and it was observed that it was at age 2 that children were most destructive. And the book of Job in the bible, God and Satan have regular conversation. What made him God is that he has power over Satan not that Satan does not exist. That will be too simple for him to be God. So the issue is not that there is a dark sid

The soybeans we consume have usually been genetically engineered, cracked, dehulled, crushed, and subjected to solvent extraction to separate their oils from the rest of the bean. What's left behind after oil extraction (defatted soy flour) is then further processed into animal feed, or processed to pro

High water content food is the fundamental nutrition equation. Simply because our body is about 80 percent water. It solves every nutrition question. Seeds and nuts have to be soaked and sprouted to gradually reabsorb water. It is the single most important rule I use in everything I eat.
