Yes there is something magical about the grass. When I do take it for a long time my body starts to weaken no matter what else I do well. I have done wheatgrass for years and recently tried barley grass. Even more powerful.

Oil by itself is never good for the body. I have never seen oil growing in nature. People are doing fine in spite of the oil not because of it. Maybe a good oil based dressing may help eat a salad. Oil is not a good thing but in this case it helps eat a good thing.

There is no solution to the domestic animal problem. I feel very bad inside but I have no other way to get him some meat. And I do not think that dog are naturally vegan. And he cannot hunt for himself even in my backyard where some wild animals come sometimes. I would just race them with no kill. Simply question of economics. Supply and demand. There are fixed costs to any production and the cost per unit goes down as more people buy. Then the manufacturer can afford to reduce the price. A veggie burger is probably healthier than a hamburger but not many people want it.

1.5 C. water 15 grams of Dulse 1 T. xylitol 4 cloves garlic 1 t. Himalayan salt 1 t. turmeric 1 t. cayenne pepper 1 large red bell pepper 1 small avocado That is more like a lot suffering for a little gain. turmeric? xylitol? these items are miles away and cayenne pepper burns.

They are just too delicious. They are not good for your long term health. They create dependency on SAD looking foods. They will not help your transition to a total commitment to raw food. And most importantly they are not high water content raw foods But enjoy on special rare occasions.
