Once upon a time, Durianrider would buy tons of containers of blueberries and eat them all himself in one single day. The cost was something like $80, as I remember. Then, la

Hi TSM, I don't disagree with you. The slippery slope is factory farms. Going back to Freelee's video about Rihanna... Rihanna's dress is made of fox fur. As far as I know, the Chinese are very brutal raising these animals for fur. From the other videos I have seen (I didn't watch all of Freelee's video), animals are skinned alive for fur. Rihanna loves her fur. If satanism and the

They also taste wholesome, probably because they are heirloom. But I like to make fruit salads, and I don't like to eat very sweet things by themselves. TSM: I could pay almost $2,000

I once read on Tom Billings website that sometimes raw vegans can get too much fiber. Fiber can potentially take up too much space and not allow space for vital nutrients in some very high fiber diets. So even fiber must be watched, and especially so when eating a lot of vegetables. I did see this in the two raw vegan men who lost a lot of weight. They ate until they felt full, but often

Botanically speaking, a fruit is a seed-bearing structure that develops from the ovary of a flowering plant, whereas vegetables are all other plant parts, such as roots, leaves and stems. By those standards, seedy outgrowths such as apples, squash and, yes, tomatoes are all fruits, while roots such as beets, potatoes and turnips, leaves such as spinach, kale and lettuce, and stems such as ce

Dear Sprouty, FYI, if you could ever sprout poppy, they turn rather soft (by comparison), then when you blend them in the vitamix, it's not so bad, and then if you ferment them a bit, it's even better. The reason Lou blends first before fermenting is to increase surface area for faster fermentation time. He only lets sit out for 4 hours before refrigerating. What I use for poppy usually is

Hi Anna, I am a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and I witnessed things like this happening amongst two men in our weekly raw potluck meetings. I recommend watching Mike Arnstein introductory videos about the raw vegan diet and how you have to eat more raw food than you would eat cooked food, because you won't absorb all the calories in raw food (except for fat).
