My daughter picked flowers (roses and white flowers to put in between them) from a friends house, put them in a vase, then scattered rose petals all around the vase. It was so beautiful. She also gave me a hand written card and a bought card she had picked out. She is so sweet! My beautiful little angel.

Spinning classes at my gym are my favorite. Nothing tones my body like spinning does and I have plans to start again Monday night. Yay. Hiking would be second, though I'm hoping to find a hiking club/group to hike with this spring. So until then I'll use a treadmill. Hatha yoga once a week (after spinning) for stretching. I love swimming, but not the chlorine, so that's not an option rig

Jgunn, I love this new quote you added: "What we believe is very important. I can be eating the healthiest diet in the world, but if I still worry that I’m eating poorly, it won’t do me as much good. Or I can be eating what I believe is the best diet, and even if it isn’t, it will do me good, and it will lead me to a better way of life. The thing is to do what we really believe in.

I've had oily skin my whole life until I went 100% raw about 3 months ago. After only one week the oil completely went away. I eat lots of fruits (mostly fruits actually), salads, green juice and limited oils, nuts and seeds w/salt. Now my complexion is awesome, but I've never delt w/rashes, so hopefully someone on this board can help you figure it out. Good luck!

Yeah, I had been reading this forum for months before I got the juicer, so I knew he'd be the Greenstar expert on this forum. Thanks for all of the detailed info, juicin' john. I'll try it out this weekend when I stock back up on my greens.

Veronique and juicin'john, I'm having trouble juicing celery, cucumber and parley (together) with my new Greenstar 2000. Is there a certain way to cut the veggies or a certain order I should be putting them in the juicer? Also, when you juice pears or apples, do you switch to the fruit knob? Thanks!

I just bought a juicer, but a donated free vacation to the beach would be nice. I'm just being silly. It's really nice that you're giving away your juicers for free.
