I know people peel the skin of their almonds before blending them up, I find this can take quite a long long time. I do find that my throats itches for a few minutes after drink my unpeeled almond milk. b) I went from a fit and muscular 182 lbs to a skinny 144 lbs in 6 m

thanks ladies noelle, I'm into my 4-5th month all RAW (except for the occasional cookie). Just yesterday I started training again, I realised that I really took the gym for granted all these years and even working out should be a spiritual practice. If you allow and really deeply feel the resistance while working out, you will surely be able to bring that back into other aspects of your life

la_veronique, I think you are talking about accupressure methods, which EFT also uses but alot more in depth since it goes deep into the core issues of accepting the all aspects of yourself. Try a few vids from tapping.com and you will see what I mean Cheers!

I think worrying & regret will make your digestion react weakly to cooked food. I eat cooked food every now and then, at first my body reacted very poorly to cooked food and it was enhanced by thoughts of worry & regret. Now I just tell myself "Damn son, you are super rawman, this cooked food ain't nothing but temporary fuel for the car, nothing to worry about." I don't get t

the back of my bottom middle tooth split the day before yesterday, I held it in my fingers and was able to crush the remains almost into a powder. I don't know what is going on, maybe I need more protein? Because I really don't see anythign else that is missing from my diet.

I heard an audio of Gabriel a while back and he didn't resonate with me, I found him to be kinda dogmatic and not open minded. Anyways I went ahead and bought this book because the Ayurveda spin into Raw foods attracted me. I am reading this book and I disagree with alot of his views, quite strongly I might add. Still there does seem to be some good info if you can see passed his biases. an

I'm new to this whole gardening deal, the snow is melting and I think I should start to think about gardening. I would like to grow lots of greens (cucumbers, sprouts, romaine lettuce) & berries. Where should I start? Should I look into acquiring Organic seeds first? Also which greens and berries are the most simplest to grow? Thanks

I came across a local Oat company, do these sound good? -- Whole Oat Groats Whole oat groats are typically processed further into oat flakes. Prior to flaking moisture is added to the oats in order to increase their elasticity. Once the oats are flaked they are dried and then can be packaged as quick or minute oats. Steelcut Oat Groats Steelcut oats are oat groats that have been cut into
