great advice sachelle! don't feel like a failure Tree- every step is a step forward and sachelle is right it's more damaging to be too hard on yourself. Been there!! I got so much freedom out of just loving myself and having compassion for my own humanity.

I'm big on the fermented to, but I go through stages. I wish I could stomach the Rejuvlac too!! I read so much about it from ann Wigmore and thought it would help me a lot but my body rejected the Rejuvalac -- oh well. Acidophilis and Enzyme therapy worked. Speaking of healing benefits of mushrooms, anyone heard of chaga? it's amazing!

Yeah I put nutitional yeast on anything I can gives a cheezy flavor So I've noticed that my appetite it less and it's much easier this time around to avoid 'tempting' foods - Mostly I remember missing grains but I've eaten about 1 serving of grains each day (1 slice of whole grain bread) even if I didn't 'want' to. Thanks for the welcome. Today I ate a raw dinner also ... the only cooked thing I ate was a piece of toast with peanut butter and didn't feel that I even wanted it. I was feeling the buzz - tired yet awake and now I feel a bit too awake... so I did eat something else cooked almost to make myself tired... Sounds like you are doing great. and kudos for asking so many questions! how else can we learn?? You probably figures out soymilk isn't really raw. If you do more research on soy and it's ecological impact you might move away from it ... or not. Also, I get what you mean about worrying about snacking. I am a total grazer!
