Date: September 18, 2006 06:53PM I have a room for rent in Oceanside, Ca. Looking for mature, responsible person. Rent is $600.00 includes utilities, and cable. It's a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex near North River Road and Douglas Drive.
Close to Libby Lake Park, 14 mile bike trail to the harbor, shopping, natural food stores, farmers markets, beach, and lots more! No pets, as I have a 7 year old Maltese. No smoking or partiers.
