The real issue is why do we have to break everything down and scrutinize everything to death....why can't we just be happy living....

It's really not our business to know the ins and outs of what works and what doesn't, our job is simply to follow our instincts and get on with living....

We THINK too much and DO too little...

After all you don't see animals in the wild calculating/stressing out about their 811 percentages or debating about what diets work the best, low fat or high fat....

Like I say there's too many people picking this lifestyle to death and not enough are living/enjoying it.

I agree too, but sometimes playing the 'Devil's

position.
I guess my purpose here at this Forum is to question
everything, even my own stance......WY

Ha Ha! Love it F1!
Straight to the point, as usual!

When you simply focus on doing it / living it, then the urge to scrutinize everything just simply falls away smiling smiley

I personally believe that the body is meant to be it's own sustainable universe...recycling and soaking up what it needs from the environment, ie, sunlight, air and water.....but gimme another 2-3 years on that theory.

Yeah the Fruitarian one is kinda old now but I think I'll stick to it coz I'm still on juice, plus liquidarian sounds to clinical for me....the name Fruitarian one actually started out as a joke to poke fun at all the naysayers and it ended up sticking.

WY - I think you are right on - we don't question enough and take for face value what the gov and other "authorities" or "experts/gurus" tell us. We SHOULD question everything! At least to a degree anyway.

I like to eat easy to digest foods like Watermelon and juice harder to digest foods like carrots so I guess I have a foot in each camp.

I think changing a name could be a very transformational thing. I know some who have been changing their names periodically, as they progressed in their spiritual journey. Could be confusing though sometimes. For example, I have 3 names, Gosia (in my Polish and raw circle), Malgorzata (in my maths circle) and Supriya (in my spiritual circle), err ... make it 4, mum! It may be sometimes a multiple-choice test when answering a question "What's your name?" lol!

Will the body then 'forget' how to use its enzymes, digestive acids and energy units to break down the food... or cease producing such things for that matter... after following a liquidarian diet? F1 do you juice fruits or are you straining or?

So what do you mean when you say you're a "liquidarian"? You no longer eat fruits, you juice them? Amazing no one asked this yet.

Coco...it's real cool for me, I've been kinda fighting it and putting it off for a while now but I'm ready to tackle it and learn all over again....It's been a progression for me, infact I don't know why the long term raw food guru's are not living more closer to liquidarianism....

Fruitarian One hasn't answered this question,
but I'd guess that he eats Whole Fruits, without juicing,
and that makes up 95% of his Diet.....WY
P.S. Maybe he'll tell us.

Don't guess....that will just be giving out wrong info about me wouldn't it?

I've already answered all the questions in prevous post here in this thread....if anybody has any more questions read the entire thread....I'm done with the questions.

F1.....A Good Teacher answers the same question over and

difficult for me to believe you're so fit without eating any
Greens. I'm trying better to understand my own Diet without
upsetting you in the process.....WY

I'm not teaching here and when I help people out on these boards I'm not proclaiming to be a teacher, I'm just being me, I'm sharing a PART of my own journey with you guys and that's what makes it enjoyable for me, I already said that I DO NOT consider myself an EXPERT at this "liquid diet" and that I was merely sharing thoughts. Most people take it for what it is but some folks just wanna nit pick everything to pieces, that's when it gets boring for me.

If what I do confuses you then the best thing for you to do is not believe what I do, don't try to understand what I do, it just is...that way you won't be a bore or a drain on my energy...focus on yourself and what makes you tick...

F1, why do you bother posting if you are never happy with everyone's responses and seem so easily "bored" or "drained" as you put it then? Wouldn't it be a better choice to just live your life apart from this then?? Just askin', don't get all defensive on me please.

This question was not answered: Does a 'liquidarian' process fruits in a juicing machine- Or- does a liquidarian eat fruits, but they are so void of fiber it could be considered juice- Or- other?

Eat, juice, strain, what?

My question about losing the ability to digest whole foods was posted after the last comment on page one. I did not see that there was a second page, and that boredom and annoyance were present in this thread... yet I still do not consider this nit-picky. I am asking this to better understand:

If the next step up is liquidarian, and the body DID lose 'ability' or tendancy to digest... then logically, the next step up would be nothing, sun, air, water, like was said.. I find nothing wrong in this case of my pursuit of theoretical information.

Maybe your right....maybe that's where the issue lies, I'll not share anything in future, I'll just drop by and do my thing from time to time.

I'm not going anywhere, I'm just not going to share what I do because I'm not really hear for the debate and discussion stuff, talk is cheap, I'll help folks if I can and if you look all the way through this tread you'll see that I've been answering questions all the way through it...as it happens most folks on this tread have been supportive and I had no issue with it but certain people always want to blow things up and make an issue because I refuse to let them nit pick at what I do.

Most of you should know by now that I'm all about empowering individuals to go within to find their own answers so they can be there own leaders...I also live by example, I don't guess or speculate how humans are supposed to live, I learn by living it myself.

When I start a topic I'm just sharing a thought, I'm not asking for a response, I'm not asking for debate or critique and if folks wanna ask a question and I wanna answer it then great but sometimes certain people just want to scrutinize too much and that's not what I'm about, that's when I have to back away or I might say something!...and to be honest that never really happened until now!

I'm not a teacher here and I never said I was, I'm just like anybody here, so I should be able to post just like anybody here!

WY we are different people here for different reasons and I think that should be respected...

Anyway I'm done on the topic....coz it gone way off topic now!

Are you kidding, I heard a couple of bunnies discussing the nutrient ratios of the grass that was available to them just the other day !!

My instinct and experience to date, tell me that a liquid diet would be fairly amazing. I have found that a solid green juice works like a super charger for energy and clean healthy feeling inside. My instinct is that once one gets real healthy, they may need very little greens or not at all. I am inclined to believe that air and water just may do the trick, if one is producing vital energy within in the form of loving vibration. But that is just theory at present.

I haven't been able to deal with the emotional side of living on juice yet. It satisfies my needs for fuel, but I find that I meet a hoast of mental resistances when I do it. It definately seems to require a spiritual or mental shift in order to sustain, but then... every step in my diet has required a @#$%& in perspective so I'm sure I'll get there eventually.

F1 you're more powerful than you think. I know you know you're powerfully capable, but you're a leader dude and it's already too late. Whatever you write, people will start to put in a box and begin digging around for more answers. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't say the right thing. It's a part of your path...being a leader that is. Resistance is futile and just makes it worse. When you write it is inevitable that you will stir things up. Look at the number of posts your comments have generated. Enough said and thanks for sharing.
