seriously, not many people are pulling off the Raw Bodybuilder thing. it's pretty predictable that people will want details about how you're doing it. not that that means you have to give them but it would be nice of you to do so. it's quite the accomplishment and a lofty goal for others to set. we all can use some help here and there, practical advice as well as inspiration.

You know what, Raw Angel....that's the most profound statement in this thread and the most percetive comment about me that I've heard in a long time, Raw Angel your spot on, I have been resisting this leadership thing for years, I've come to terms with it and I've been doing it but I still want to be me, I don't want to think that by taking up the post of leader that I can't share thoughts just for the fun of it or get support on issues close to me, but as you've said, I'm damned if you do and damned if you don't say the right thing....this has been going on for years here, people get mad at me because I don't tell them what they want to hear, the way they want to hear it....some of these people latch on to me and my posts because they can justify being an "A" hole or making me out to be an "A" hole....

But yeah Raw Angel your so right and I really don't have to say any more on that because this thread shouldn't really of been about analyzing/dissecting my personality at all.

This thread has wieghed heavy on my mind and it highligted a few facts about myself that I needed to address within myself, I realised that for what ever reason I've been holding myself back, so I made a momentus decision this morning, I'm finally going to commit myself to moving forward and I'm going to officially go liquidarian, I've been doing it already for 3-4 years but not in my mind, I never fully claimed it, this time I'm going claim it with everything I got!

I thought that I was happy doing the Fruitarian thing but I'm actually over the moon about finally accepting the liquidarian thing, it feels like I've lifted a veil from my eye's and I can see the sun for the first time!...am I going to share my progress, yes but on my terms, I won't share them here or on any other forum, I've finally learnt my lesson, it's a real shame but I'm not willing to give people and excuse to demonize me, it's been unfair and unwarranted.

I've been on this board for years and I'll continue to be here offering advice here and there so I'll see you around.

I love your posts Frutarian one, they keep me sane. Most of my food is blended and has been for the last 2 years,I guess that is not quite liguidarian as it does have some fibre, and I do still consume some food in form of fat. I don't even want to tell people in case they make the sort of remarks you sometimes get, I'm too easily influenced on an energetic level by what others say not only to myself but too others, but I do still keep doing what I believe because I know it to be true, even if others don't believe it.

I hope you do continue to post

<<"everything in moderation including moderation".>>

i like to emphasize " including moderation"

which kinda negates the first part of the phrase
and kinda doesn't

but i never was too in favor of moderation

i am in favor of precision

do what is precisely right at the time for that specific reason

and it varies for everyone

I speak only for myself. It is human nature, nay it is nature, to learn by observation. I think that if the people that came before us had not inquired from those before them, or around them, about what worked we be pretty screwed. We, other animals included, would not have existed as long as we have without the passed down experiences of those before us. We would not know what fruit or vegetables were edible without observation of others and what worked for them.

I think what is expected is some kind of consistency. I do not post tutorials. I do not post "introduction to fruitarianism" or any such thing. Therefore no one asks me questions about my diet or how much I work out.

I also think that consistent information is what would be expected. If information that was previously given is changed, then one would expect people to question the rationale or experience that has caused the change. Again, this is from the point of observational learning. We are hard-wired to do this.

that`s weird...i was thinking about this very thing just last night LOL. if we don`t teach/talk how do we expect our race to change? if we just keep to ourselves evolution at its best won`t happen right?

WASSUP F-1!!
I have something to say, I've been fruitarian now for 6 months and was raw before that for some time, the thing I've found out is when I eat I'm tired, when I don't eat I'm ready for a marathon! Why? Because when I eat I always OVEREAT!
Because I've always been a pig! We don't need that much food but that's how I was raised and most everyone else. Our soceity lives for food! I've been learning to put food aside and LIVE! I'm buying a case of apples tomorrow at the farmers market 35 pounds of apples and that's all I'm eating till they're gone! I've gone thru 3 cases of apricots in the last few weeks, why because I eat what I crave and apples right now are what I crave and they're in season till end of september, grapes are in full swing too so this is how I eat, I'm trying to stay away from heavier fruits like banannas and avocados and eat more juicy fruits. All last winter I couldn't get enough bananas but now I don't want them I want apples and I'm trying very hard to only eat what I need and not what I want.
All my life on SAD I was used to that FULL feeling in my stomach but with fruit it takes a lot to get that so you can imagine how much I eat but I'm cutting way back now. I try and go as long as possible with eating nothing and then when I do eat I just eat a couple apples then go again as long as I can and am also trying out imtermittent fasting, where you eat every other day. So F 1 I see your point. The body uses a lot of energy to digest so why over eat? Thus putting stress on the digestive system and being tired all the time. Food is not the answer for energy, eating as little as possible is the answer, I'm learning to live life for more important things than food food should be the last item on our list.

WASSUP FELLA!!!!

Yep...you'd be surprised at how little you really need once your clean internally!
I'm not into that imtermittent fasting, I just live moment to moment, staying in the present. I'm not in charge of when my body gets what it needs, my job is to stay aware and give it what it needs when it needs it, not the other way around.

Some people think that when you go raw you go through your transitioning period and then that's it, you go on to live happily ever after....but if you stay as close to nature as you can you never stop transitioning to more effient levels of being, some would say higher levels of consciousness, I say it is what it is.

Well good luck with what your doing buddy!

I read the whole thread & I didn't see your answer (I might have passed it). Strange you don't want to repeat yourself. You could have quickly answered in half the time it took you to write all that.

And if you're "done with questions" why do you bother creating so many threads? Is your goal to educate or merely self-aggrandizement? Don't mean to step on your toes, just a strange reply to a simple question.

Yeah, I'm just finding it a bit curious that a thread can go on for over 100 posts all about liquidarianism & no one has even given a definition (that I can see anyway, FO claimed to have given one but I did not see it).

would it be this you`re looking for?
"For the as long as I can remember I've been on orange juice or watermelon juice (watermelon in the summer/orange juice anyother time) with a sprinkling of other thicker fruits like grapes, mango, bananas, etc, the last 3-4 years or so has been pretty much exclusively orange/watermelon juice, for example it's summer now here in Texas and it's 98-103 degrees daily now and I'm still training like a mad dog outside in nature and I can get by on about 3 cups of watermelon juice a day, sometimes two, depending.

I just drink what I need to replace when I need to replace it and that's it....if I don't need anything I don't have anything."

F1,
Just got back from my camping trip and saw this GREAT thread, and I just want to say...

Way to Go, F1!!!!!! I think you're right on the mark.

I've been thinking and meditating a lot lately about the higher purpose, if you will, of the raw food diet, and how it's not an end in itself, but a means to an end and a component of our evolutionary passport to higher consciousness and maybe a different state of humanhood. You're one of our pathfinders.
