Soy Milk?

Date: September 26, 2008 05:38PM Please forgive me this stupid newbie question. I have decided today to go raw, but I was wondering about soy milk which I use with whole grain cereal. Is it OK?

Soy is not an optimal food, nut milk is a great alternative. You can make nut milk in a minute by blending 2 tbsp almond butter with 2 cups water, and if you want it sweet add 1-2 tbsp of agave! Volia, milk! As for Ezekial bread, it is not raw, but if you are okay with it while transitioning, it is the best non raw bread commercially available (o; Peace on your journey!
