If you miss dinner is it better to skip it or eat late?

I know eating too close to bdtime is not great for digestion. If you feel hungry would you just wait until morning or eat? Just curious.

Unless you are having acute trouble sleeping, I don't think it's a big deal. Go ahead and eat as lightly as you can.....or snack on something light....so your mind is clear...then get some sleep and start a new day....with new opportunities! smiling smiley

i'm still nursing a little one, when i'm hungry i just eat. i suppose if your body is telling you to have a snack it's giving you a pretty clear message. maybe something light like a piece of fruit would be ok if you miss dinner. you'll surely get lots of advice telling you not to eat past certain times but your own body is the best guide i think.

Eat when you are ready to eat not when the time say's so.

Remember time is a man made thing natural instincts are not.

You can fast every other day and still do fine. I would not worry at all about missing one meal.

I'd eat low sugar and lower in fat, so greens with a healthy dressing or something with sprouts.

It all depends. If someone eats only 2 meals a day,
I'd say go ahead and eat late. If you eat 3 (or more) meals a
day, and 'graze' in between, I'd say skip eating late......WY

I find that the longer I stay raw, the more discomfort I have if I eat late at night.

If I'm hungry at bed time, I am sleepless for hours, or until I eat! Sometimes it's just best to have a banana and get some rest!
