I myself prefer sweet smoothies-my taste buds arent refined enough to appreciate bitter smoothies... Re: Green smoothies again

Date: July 01, 2006 03:55PM I do not use fruit in my smoothies. I use seeweads and sometimes I will juice carrots and keep the juice in the freezer and add to it to my smoothies to sweeten the smoothies and counterbalance the sugar in the carrots. It works and feel great. Re: Green smoothies again

Date: July 01, 2006 06:18PM I am not one to use fruit in my smoothies, but then again, I am not a fan of smoothies.
I'd rather just eat the greens, chewing about 100 times each, or juicing them and then using the pulp for veggieburgers. Wheatgrass, it does a body good!!! Re: Green smoothies again
