I would like a basic good concoction for a green smoothie that does not contain any sweet fruit. Can anyone help?

I do not use fruit in my smoothies. I use seeweads and sometimes I will juice carrots and keep the juice in the freezer and add to it to my smoothies to sweeten the smoothies and counterbalance the sugar in the carrots. It works and feel great.

I am not one to use fruit in my smoothies, but then again, I am not a fan of smoothies.
I'd rather just eat the greens, chewing about 100 times each, or juicing them and then using the pulp for veggieburgers.

Wheatgrass, it does a body good!!!

1 giant head of romaine
1 or 2 lemons
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
push thru blender with 10-12 celery ribs

sprinkle atop 5 torn up nori sheets
