juicing carrots

Date: July 01, 2006 11:10PM UI've heard that carrots are very hard to break down in the system, but reading that carrot juice freshly squeezed is good, I was wondering if people do drink it. And just straight up carrot juice?
And if you're on a juice fast, can you have water? Also, when you're on a juice fast, can you have different types throughout the day or just one for the whole fast? Re: juicing carrots

fast without water for more than one day. they are trying to kill you . water is essential like air. you can live without food, for a little bit , but not water. and about carrot juice yes drink it srratght up , mix it what ever, it tastes good and it good for you. I don't think carrots are hard to eat though, who ever told you that is trying to sell you a juicer. don't get me wrong a juicer is a good thing to have. look around this page for info on whitch one you should buy. carrots are not bad for you raw or juiced.
