Hi guys havent been on in awhile so I thought I'd leave a small update. I'v been five months raw and I'm down 41 pounds. Its been slowly coming off but the good thing is that is HAS been coming off. So anyway, I'm still working it and I will keep you updated as things progress. Love you all and thanxs for your never ending support.

Great job! Sounds like very healthy steady progress! I wouldn't say thats slow at all. Keep at it.

I'd luv to share my daily intake of live nutrients.

BKFST: Lots of fresh fruit, 3-4 bananas, 2-apple, 2-pears and a spinach and banana smoothie.
LUNCH: More fruit with a large salad, tomoatoes, lettuce, carrots, broccoli, Cauliflower.
DINNER: another smoothie, steamed veggies.

My only guilty pleasure is tomato,lettuce and vegan mayo on whole wheat. I know im trying to give up whole wheat bread, but it is so hard for I. sad smiley

Oh and I just started to exercise, not fun but necessary. Tony Horton, WooHoo!

P.S. as u can tell I'm more of an 80/10/10'r only becuz its very easy to stick 2.
