Anyone tried it? My friends father sells the stuff, and my friend is giving me a bottle since he has extras, But then I google and I see scam posts. Any info would be helpful. Re: Sea Aloe or Sea Silver

Date: January 20, 2009 10:12PM Are these products that have sea vegetables added into them, hence the cute names? As far as I know, aloe grows in the desert, and silver is mined from the earth. Please seek out the authentic version of the former, for intestinal health, and the latter, for immune health. And ignore anything that sounds dopey. Re: Sea Aloe or Sea Silver

Date: January 22, 2009 05:53PM "...commercial Aloe Vera gels are not quite the same as the fresh gel that one can squeeze from a freshly cut leaf. The reason for this is simple. The natural jelly-like substance is not very stable and deteriorates quickly once the leaf has been damaged. Thus commercial producers have to process it in some way in order to preserve its freshness and extend its shelf-life. But processing rarely enhances a plant's properties. More often it reduces a miraculous healing herb to a mediocre substance that may still give you some benefit if you are lucky..."
[www.sacredearth.com] ..whole leave aloe vera is cool.. I get these fresh 1/2 meter long leaves (more like swords) and drop a small chunk, skin and all, into the juicer with other veggies.... takes a little getting used to Re: Sea Aloe or Sea Silver

Did you find the aloe vera leaf at whole foods? How did that go? Did you mention it to David Klein when you spoke to him? I seem to recall him having a negative opinion on aloe vera, essentially viewing it as ineffective. Re: Sea Aloe or Sea Silver

him/her and always wondered how things went. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
