Date: February 05, 2009 04:26AM Hi Willows,
Looks great. I tried your recipe for raw pasta sauce but forgot the red pepper. I also used spinach instead of cilantro. It turned out pretty good though it was a little heavy on the garlic for my taste. I also couldn't locate any chillades. Where can I buy some? Thanks so much for posting your creations here. It makes it a little easier for me to stay raw. I just started 1/1/09. Blessings........ Joe Re: Proud of myself!

Date: February 06, 2009 04:12AM I just made something similar. I made a stuffed red bell pepper using ingredients like the ones in your photo. I cut the stem plus a little around it out of the top. Then I chopped up and put in a bowl a clove of garlic, a shiitake mushroom and the red pepper seeds.
Then I took one avocado and mashed it into the stuff in the bowl. After that I put about 2 oz of clover sprouts into the bowl and mashed the sprouts into the filling mix. Last I scooped the filling mix into the red pepper and its not only pretty but it tastes great Re: Proud of myself!
