What do you do with nut milk pulp?

Date: June 28, 2012 12:37PM It's a sort of crime to throw it away! You can use nut milk pulp in millions of ways, to make taboulleh, veggie burgers, add to the sauce or dressing or soup. Date: June 28, 2012 04:47PM This is the easiest and my favourite way to use it.
Take about a cup of the pulp, squeeze some lemon juice and a little bit of Braggs on it. Add some chopped green onions and stuff cucumbers with it. I make it in the evening and bring it work for lunch.
