First Homemade Raw Dinner

I had a friend over and decided to make her a 100% raw organic meal
We had:

We had Curry Crackers/Flax Buckwheat Crackers with a sunflower and pumpkin seed pate.
A cashew pesto pizza, with ground walnuts and veggies.
And desert was a frozen banana/cocoa/coconut/date/fig/raison/ nut ice cream

I know it's not the best to be eating these foods combined all the time,
but on occasion it was very nice. She loved it.

Wow...That's impressive. Are those the crackers? They look so thick. And what is the beverage.

It all looks so appetizing. Glad you guys enjoyed it.

i put a cup of flax seed in a coffee grinder, soaked sunflower and pumpkin seeds over night, put both in a food processor with:

1 beet, carrot, lemon juice, raisons, italian herbs, garlic, onion.
then dehydrator for 7 hrs. that was it.
The crust was not to hard and folded very well. Its was soooo good.
Turned out perfect

Been raw for over 2 months. I just got the dehydrator and started experimenting.
Sun dried tomatoes are on the grill now!

I tend to just use it for crackers, so i can put a good raw nut butter on it,
Been lots of fun.

Though the best is sprouting...i have a mini lab in my kitchen, Growing everything!
