Date: March 11, 2009 12:17PM I had a friend over and decided to make her a 100% raw organic meal
We had: We had Curry Crackers/Flax Buckwheat Crackers with a sunflower and pumpkin seed pate. A cashew pesto pizza, with ground walnuts and veggies. And desert was a frozen banana/cocoa/coconut/date/fig/raison/ nut ice cream I know it's not the best to be eating these foods combined all the time, but on occasion it was very nice. She loved it. <br> Re: First Homemade Raw Dinner

Date: March 12, 2009 06:36AM Been raw for over 2 months. I just got the dehydrator and started experimenting.
Sun dried tomatoes are on the grill now! I tend to just use it for crackers, so i can put a good raw nut butter on it, Been lots of fun. Though the best is sprouting...i have a mini lab in my kitchen, Growing everything! Re: First Homemade Raw Dinner
