Ive been in and out of raw foods all my life and now Im in my 70s ive decided to make another effort to stay raw. first what would be the difference between blending your food and then pressing the juice out compared to getting one of the "all in one" juicers that does the same thing? If it gave you the same quality juice it would guite a savings.

i would get a juicer that you can put the whole friut in and get the most out of the fiber with the juice, im not sure which one does this though because i dont have a juicer. you could just use a blender and mix up some fruits so you get the fiber and juice. good luck!

I think if you are healing, then you want the fiber. If you are deep cleansing...then you don't.
