The BEST smoothie
Posted by: Sundancer ()

I'm drinking the best smoothie of my LIFE:
2 big leaves of curly kale
2 dandelion plants (not including roots)
1T flax seeds
1T sesame seeds
1T maca powder
1 small banana
1 mango
3 small peaches
2t. agave
enough water to make 1 qt.

What's your favorite smoothie? I'm sure this topic has come up. This one is so yummy I had to go there again.

My base for green smoothies is:

avocado
tomato
celery
parsley
warm water (I don't like cold green smoothies)

and I'll change the taste up by adding things like cilantro, garlic/onion powder, cayanne pepper or other things like flax seeds and ground nuts to make it heartier. I noticed you added seeds too!
