The BEST smoothie

Date: April 22, 2009 03:31PM I'm drinking the best smoothie of my LIFE:
2 big leaves of curly kale 2 dandelion plants (not including roots) 1T flax seeds 1T sesame seeds 1T maca powder 1 small banana 1 mango 3 small peaches 2t. agave enough water to make 1 qt. What's your favorite smoothie? I'm sure this topic has come up. This one is so yummy I had to go there again. Re: The BEST smoothie

avocado tomato celery parsley warm water (I don't like cold green smoothies) and I'll change the taste up by adding things like cilantro, garlic/onion powder, cayanne pepper or other things like flax seeds and ground nuts to make it heartier. I noticed you added seeds too! Re: The BEST smoothie
