question about protein

Date: May 03, 2009 11:51PM i'm sure this topic must have been discussed over and over here, but i'm going to ask anyway, because i'm new, and i'm wondering about it.
how will i know if i'm getting enough protein? i know there is protein in fresh fruits and vegetables, but is that enough? i think greens are an especially good source, and i eat some everyday, but they are not my favorite, so i don't eat alot. i do however have wheatgrass daily. i think nuts are a good source, but really high in fat, so i don't have too many, maybe a small handful each day. i love fruit. i don't eat a whole huge amount of food everyday. i'm satisfied more quickly, so i eat less than i did eating cooked. i feel good, and i feel very light, which is great, but i am starting to wonder if i'm getting all the protein i need. thanks for your help- Re: question about protein
