question about protein

i'm sure this topic must have been discussed over and over here, but i'm going to ask anyway, because i'm new, and i'm wondering about it.

how will i know if i'm getting enough protein? i know there is protein in fresh fruits and vegetables, but is that enough? i think greens are an especially good source, and i eat some everyday, but they are not my favorite, so i don't eat alot. i do however have wheatgrass daily. i think nuts are a good source, but really high in fat, so i don't have too many, maybe a small handful each day. i love fruit. i don't eat a whole huge amount of food everyday. i'm satisfied more quickly, so i eat less than i did eating cooked. i feel good, and i feel very light, which is great, but i am starting to wonder if i'm getting all the protein i need.

thanks for your help-

Yep. Ironically protein is one of the least of your worries when doing raw properly. As long as you eat enough food in general you should be getting enough protein.

Just to say I've updated the protein article a little to include a brief discussion of those tests doctors sometimes carry out that convince people they're 'protein-deficient'.
