Thanks Bryan. smiling smiley Yes, I think you're right. I'm just not going to eat any green veggies at all for awhile. Green fruits are fine though (thank goodness!).

I used to use cold presssed organic olive oil and lemon juice on salads, but quit the olive oil a while ago and started using just a bit of avocado instead. Avocado never bothers me at all without the greens.

But with or without dressing, olive oil or avocado, it makes no difference.

I have symptoms from eating just parsely(!) - organic, by itself as the only green of the day, with no dressing at all. Just one handful of parsely! Ditto, organically grown greens from my own garden, all different kinds of lettuces, different arugulas, choys, collards, mustard spinach, cilantro, etc., grown from organic seeds (or purchased from the health food store here). Doesn't matter what kind.

I'm kind of used to this though. It's not really as much of a hardship as it might sound like. I like greens, so I'll miss them a little; but I like fruits and nuts/seeds too! smiling smiley

Thanks Bryan. I very much appreciate your concern! smiling smiley

Suncloud,

It sounds like the answer is obvious for now, albeit odd. Greens are just not good for you. I would stay away from anything that affected me like that. And if you are thriving without them, fantastic. We are all different in our own ways. Keeps life interesting.

I wonder how eating just one leaf when you get a craving for greens would affect you.

Thanks, pakd! Yes, "Keeps life interesting". smiling smiley

When (and if) I do start eating greens again, I think I'll see how just one leaf a day affects me, specifically the wild plantain. Or a small portion of fresh seaweed or clover sprouts.

That's down the road though. Right now, I'm feeling fine without it!
