Date: March 10, 2015 10:04PM Could you just take raw veggies and fruits, raw seeds and nuts and put them in a blender and drink them 4 or 5 times a day? Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/10/2015 10:05PM by lostsoul65. Re: smoothies

Date: March 10, 2015 11:59PM I remember a raw vegan a beautiful mulatto man who had dreadlocks. He was so clean looking and so beautiful. EVery day for lunch he would make a blended salad with all sorts of tomatoes greens veggies some nut butter salt who knows, oh lots of seaweed...
and he drank it it was called a blended soup. He did not like to eat any dehydrated raw vegan foods I remember, just fresh. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/11/2015 12:00AM by coconutcream. Re: smoothies

Date: March 11, 2015 12:03AM The reason I ask this question is I suffer from Depression and have a small eating disorder. So if I get rid of all the junk food and just have raw material and throw my frying pan away then maybe I'll live a couple more years by using only my high speed blender. However I think I need a book so I make sure I get all the right nutrition. So can anyone recommend a book? Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/11/2015 12:05AM by lostsoul65. Re: smoothies

If you PM me your email, I will send you a free protocol I developed for naturally treating depression (including two recipes). I think you'll find it to be very helpful and I'll also answer any questions you may have along the way. Re: smoothies

The difference between blending raw foods or cooking with oils, animal products, fast food, and eating junk food will be a couple of years of living. However this is a raw food forum so that won't apply. Re: smoothies

I see. However, a well-planned raw food diet compared to a junk food diet will be much more than just a couple of years. Not only more years but a much higher quality of life. Re: smoothies

I can give you all the information you need if you send me your email. What nutrients you need, how to get them, powerful mood-enhancing elixirs, remedies that are scientifically proven to alleviate depression, etc. It's quite in-depth and informative. Edited 1 time(s).
