Date: June 14, 2009 09:36PM Mmmmm....but sounds a bit "sweet" for me! I'm finding I am gravitating towards more "sour" smoothies! Still looks very tasty, though! Re: wowsers, this is good

Date: June 16, 2009 02:04AM A sour smoothie -
Banana, apple, maybe an orange... Then I will typically add; Grapefruit or lime or lemon or Kiwi or cranberries The taste varies from bitter to tart, depending on the amount of the other ingredients. It usually ends up being one that you sip at, not usually gulping it down! Re: wowsers, this is good

Gmq - coconut water is the clear liquid in the coconut, especially yummy in Thai young coconuts, which are harvested early and have more liquid rather than 'meat' as compared to the mature cocnuts. The oil is processed from the meat, which contains the fats. The water is low in fat and a great source of electrolytes (makes it a great sports drink). Re: wowsers, this is good

Date: June 16, 2009 11:08PM How much is there in the Coconut? I can't imagine there'd be much fluid in a single coconut, and so not a lasting amount to be used as a sports drink?
Is the coconut oil more concentrated in the nutrients and the healing properties? Re: wowsers, this is good
