I do that with a good amount of water or coconut water added as a smoothie, and I use the Ceylon cinnamon that tastes like citrus--Heaven!

Mmmmm....but sounds a bit "sweet" for me! I'm finding I am gravitating towards more "sour" smoothies! Still looks very tasty, though! winking smiley

A sour smoothie -

Banana, apple, maybe an orange...

Then I will typically add;

Grapefruit or
lime or
lemon or
Kiwi or
cranberries

The taste varies from bitter to tart, depending on the amount of the other ingredients.

It usually ends up being one that you sip at, not usually gulping it down!

juicerkatz, will try that (the non citrus option, I am not much for citrus with my teeth)

Gmq - coconut water is the clear liquid in the coconut, especially yummy in Thai young coconuts, which are harvested early and have more liquid rather than 'meat' as compared to the mature cocnuts. The oil is processed from the meat, which contains the fats. The water is low in fat and a great source of electrolytes (makes it a great sports drink).

How much is there in the Coconut? I can't imagine there'd be much fluid in a single coconut, and so not a lasting amount to be used as a sports drink?

Is the coconut oil more concentrated in the nutrients and the healing properties?
