raw and running

Date: June 24, 2009 02:22AM Okay so im about 90ish percent raw, been strait raw for two days just eating tuns of fruit but I have also been running 3 1/2 miles a day and am wondering if there are any fruits or veggies that I must eat to help make sure im getting all that i need? Date: June 24, 2009 08:59AM As long as you are eating enough there should be no problems if hungry eat more.
