raw and running

Okay so im about 90ish percent raw, been strait raw for two days just eating tuns of fruit but I have also been running 3 1/2 miles a day and am wondering if there are any fruits or veggies that I must eat to help make sure im getting all that i need? Okay, thats about it!

fresh vibrant produce!! thats all you need

I run twice a day, no problemo!

As long as you are eating enough there should be no problems if hungry eat more.

I find that I have more energy to run faster and longer on fruits and veggies with fruit being most of the calories.
