Date: July 10, 2009 10:11PM Hello all,
I've been vegan for over 8 years now. When I first became vegan, I lost so much weight, but once I had a hang of all the fantastic vegan foods that could be made, I leveled out. I've started going completely raw, and plan to make this my new lifestyle (for the health benefits- not weight-loss), and am just curious about weight loss... how much was experienced over what amount of time, etc. I really can't stand to lose a ton of weight. Thanks -Z Re: weight loss.

Date: July 10, 2009 10:47PM I hear your concern. What are you going to do? If you feel the need to eat healthier....or eat raw....you ARE going to do it...heh...heh. I lost a good deal of weight....slowly...over time. But I think everyone will balance out where they are comfortable.
On the practical side: Eat larger meals...less often....and lift weights to build dense muscle mass. -David Z. Mason WWW.RawFoodFarm.com Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
