Date: August 22, 2009 02:55PM And recommendations for mercury detox? I've read cilantro, garlic, and chlorella tabs have anecdotal results. I'm getting my old mercury amalgams out today and expect to receive a good dose of mercury vapor in the process... Re: Mercury Detox diet

Date: August 23, 2009 11:04AM I have no recommendations for a mercury detox program or specific foods. How do you feel now that you've had the mercury removed? I had mine removed but didn't notice anything at all. The dentist I went to didn't use any sort of protection at all. There was no protection of any sort. Not for me, not for him, and not for the dental assistants. Don't know what sort of price we're paying healthwise but I sure as hell haven't noticed anything different.

Date: August 24, 2009 12:09AM I read somewhere recently (maybe on this board-- can't remember) that one of the best mercury detoxes is spending quality time in an infrared sauna. Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
