I think you're the bees knees : ) jericho sunfire, Thanks for posting your interviews. They were really provocative and have given me much [figurative]food for thought! Re: For those that requested/were interested.

You have opened my eyes and mind to a myriad of possibilities, reminiscent of previous involvement in chanelling the collective unconscious. Deep appreciation for sharing. ffx Re: For those that requested/were interested.

best. When you first mentioned "Natural Body Size" and "Organs Shrinking", all the Breath was 'sucked' from me, it was such a Revelation!! Could it be that we're all heavier, I mean much heavier, than we should be? JS, I notice you're getting very thin. You don't think you're going too fast, do you?? It seems like just yesterday you were Fruitarian One.....WY Re: For those that requested/were interested.

Date: September 16, 2009 04:12PM I just watched #4-- excellent! Very inspiring and thought provoking. And it definitely should make even the mainstream audience sit up, take notice and scratch their heads in wonder! Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Re: For those that requested/were interested.

Date: September 16, 2009 04:36PM Fascinating series. thank you for sharing and after a healing workshop that I took this weekend, I get a glimpse at overstanding what you talking about JS. As in the role and ability of the spirit, mind and body. I found it interesting that you thought it harder to be breatharian in the heat of the tropics, than in the temperate climate of the UK. You are the ultimate raw food eater and if you choose not to return to this forum, I will miss you.
Peace to you brother Re: For those that requested/were interested.

Practically all of what you said resonated with me as I connect very strongly with you as a kindred spirit on many levels ;} I'm glad you mentioned the fact that some people are finding themselves being drawn to a certain way of eating / living, for instance, and may not know why; I sure didn't know why I was drawn so strongly to the raw lifestyle when I first began this journey - and so was very unprepared mentally and emotionally for all the internal shifts that occured (and the reaction it set off in some of the people around me!) - but I do know now, thankfully! You'll find that there are many who share your purpose, and I wish you every success in achieving it! One last thought: when you were speaking about spirituality, etc, you said that you hardly meditate. Yes you do! Meditation doesn't consist solely of sitting in one spot watching your breath, thoughts, or vibrating a mantra. There is moving meditation; walking a labarinth, gardening, running, painting...whatever enables you to reach an internally peaceful, centered state... without drugs, of course! ;} Re: For those that requested/were interested.

All that extreme control of the body really does help ones concentration. Doing that sort of work out is like yoga, it connects the body and mind. Re: For those that requested/were interested.
