Date: September 19, 2009 03:46AM Oh my gosh..how surprising this is You are all very lovely people..and I want to met each and everyone of you..eventually! Maybe on that overdue raw food cruise we used to talk about...oh..I can see the buffet now..yummy..all fruits, and veggies, nuts, seeds, coconuts, avos, juices, green smoothies, raw pies and cakes, oh my!
Best of all would be the fun we'd have getting to know each other by sight..that alone should take up half the cruise..hahahaha.. Love, PrismThanksForTheBirthdayCheers Re: Happy Birthday Prism

Date: September 19, 2009 05:25AM Happy Birthday Prism!! A raw food cruise would be splendid! I hear they are booking fairly cheap nowadays. Last cruise I went on was back in 1991. Had the best time touring Blackbeards Castle, shopping in St. Thomas and the other islands. Oh..and the nude beach!
Hope your day was a great one Prism! Re: Happy Birthday Prism

Date: September 20, 2009 05:59PM Hey Vinny...weren't you that new guy sometime ago..and you have a web page or site or blog someplace? I seem to recall you as needing some little support when you first started raw.
So, how's it going for you now? Thanks for B-day shout out Love, Prism Re: Happy Birthday Prism

Date: September 21, 2009 12:51AM Prism,
I think you have me confused with someone else. I joined here in January.I dont have any sites or blogs. I had a severe attack of gout this spring and that was the final push to get me over to raw foods. Not only was gout cured, but my entire range of health issues and emotional issues were all much improved eating raw.Now I am moving into some spiritual awakenings, and I think alot of it is from the better eating. I will check out some of your Raw Notes. Thanks. Vinny Re: Happy Birthday Prism

Date: September 21, 2009 01:02AM I remember when I had gout..classic in my left big toe..couldn't even have a sheet on it as it hurt so much but as you say with cleaner diet, it went away, as did a dozen other health issues!
I'm glad you discovered this website..everyone is terrific here. Love, Prism Re: Happy Birthday Prism

Date: September 21, 2009 05:48AM Coco..always ready to do the mothering and caregiving! It would be a cruise and for us as passengers we would get to be the ones to relax, play, enjoy ourselves and let crew people do the work. It would be a once in a life time for me to get to go on a cruise.
You can direct the play times or calendar of events if ya gotta stay busy! BTW..where would we go ya think? Some string of Islands, or maybe Greece and Turkey, or what? Love, Prism Re: Happy Birthday Prism

Date: September 21, 2009 01:36PM We could end up at a raw retreat in Costa Rica, or the Wigmore institute in Porto Rico, I'd love either of those. Spain sounds pretty awesome too though... Re: Happy Birthday Prism
