Date: October 03, 2009 06:31PM maybe not just green juice...any juice right now does not sound good... even water is a bit of a struggle....so i will just sip
today is day 3 of my fast and i feel very very nauseous...so much so it's sort of hard to move around without getting dizzy and seeing stars... i figure i must be clearing something... i had my first day fast headache and now this... yesterday i felt great... except for my cramps... so tomorrow i will feel even better... i say if you don't feel like drinking it don't... nothing wrong with listening to your body... blessings on your fast feast... love laugh and dream Re: Juice fast/feast

Date: October 07, 2009 12:04AM I had 2 1/2 days of metallic taste in my mouth around day 10-11. I am very glad that has ended. I wonder what was coming out? Finishing up with day 14 and still going strong.
What is your favorite juice combo? Re: Juice fast/feast

Date: October 08, 2009 09:36AM silver amalgams also has 50% mercury
this is what they put in your cavities as a filling perhaps you have gold caps though but its usually silver ( which is 50% mercury) or gold when u fast, sometimes they leach out and u get a metallic taste in your mouth cilantro juice chelates ( binds) with the heavy toxic metals and flushes them out my fave combo is greens and celery sometimes apples too Re: Juice fast/feast

Date: October 08, 2009 05:43PM I have no fillings. Actually just starting to get my first cavity.
I made salad juice. Basically a head of romaine, 4 stalks of celery, couple of green onions, and a cuke. I have never put cilantro in a juice but have been thinking of adding some jalapeno. Re: Juice fast/feast
