Date: March 02, 2010 04:34PM I take BeneFibre, found in any drugstore like London Drugs or Shoppers, for extra fibre. Ingredients: Inulin (100% natural vegetable fibre from chicory root). no added fillers, sugars, sweeteners, colourings.
Is this a good choice for fibre? I also take ground flax and shelled hemp hearts. Thanks! Re: fibre with inulin powder
