I was in Barnes and Noble today and was looking at the products in their cafe..so far it's the only store I've seen selling things like that without a "Made In China" label slapped on the bottom but I don't want to pay $25 for something if it still will taste like plastic/metal which is my problem with Chinese products. [www.starbucksstore.com] I liked that one. Ceramic, Heavy, Insulated...but MadeInChina. And in case you're working, yes I sometimes go through phases of drinking herbal teas..especially in this weather and I want something hot. Edited 1 time(s). Date: November 21, 2010 07:48AM Do you know of a local potter? I'm lucky because my partner makes all our plates, mugs, bowls etc - they are gorgeous and individual. By buying locally from a studio potter you are buying something unique and helping a small, local business Re: Drinkware that doesn't taste like plastic or metal?

I'm sure class stores like Kitchen Emporium would have a hard plastic drinking 'Glass'. I don't remember where I bought mine .....WY Re: Drinkware that doesn't taste like plastic or metal?
