I value my interaction with all of you, even those I usually disagree with. There should be a sign that says "Good people post here!". I think that about sums it up. For everyone, Happy Holidays and a wonderful New Year. Best.

Sometimes the internet is overwhelming, and especially tempting because of the ease of communication and large amount of unique individuals here, but yes, it is a wonderful resource of support, information, alternative perspectives and inspiration. This forum has been a huge catalyst for helping me decide what I want to do with the biochemistry degree I'm earning. I plan to go to graduate school and study nutritional biochemistry or nutrigenomics. I've started practicing this lifestyle now and doing what I can to inform people when it feels right, and it has really changed my life.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Got lots to share during the hiatus. I bought a manual juice press called the Ito from John Kohler to get more juice out of fruit and veggie pulp. It works well and is cost-effective. I will do a review on the juicer/blender forum. Thanks again. Feels good to be back.

I just saw this, welcome back and I would like to read your review, will go and look for it now. I saw a manual citrus juicer in a store window today and though what a work out that must be! Fun though.

Its great to have you back Paul. I value your presence and your contribution to our forum. Did you leave us because you were taking a hiatus from raw foods? If so, welcome back to raw. And if not, welcome back here.
